Day One — Welcome to the High Desert

8:00 – 9:00 AM
Opening Ceremonies
A welcome to the property and an overview of what to expect — training sessions, afternoon activities, demonstrations, the Build Competition, evening events, and how to get the most out of your three days. Then we'll turn you loose.
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Manufacturer Training
Scheduled, small-group training directly with participating brands — products, applications, differentiators, and how to do business with them. Ask technical questions, learn who to contact, understand distribution, and find out what's coming next.
12:30 PM
Lunch Break
Grab lunch, recharge, and get ready to leave the classroom behind.
Afternoon
Put It Into Practice
Manufacturer demonstrations, one-on-one time with brands, vehicle experiences, and activities around the property. See, touch, test, and experience what you learned this morning.

Evening
Bonfires, Rides & Entertainment
Some of the most valuable conversations at HDS may happen after the schedule ends. Grab something to eat, sit around the fire, talk with manufacturers without a timer running, or take an evening ride.

Scheduled manufacturer training 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM — your sessions rotate so you see more brands across the week.

Afternoon · Experience

Demonstrations, driving experiences, business training, brand time, and activities — always something different around the property.

Evening · Connect

Bonfires, rides, entertainment, and networking with brands and other dealers from around the country.

Day Three — Celebrate & Close

Brand Recognition

Every inaugural participating brand individually recognized for helping launch a new approach to dealer education.

Build Competition Awards

Winners announced for the dealer and attendee builds staged across the property all week.

Prize Drawings & Closing

Drawings for brand-donated products, event prizes, cash giveaways, and a few surprises — then we close it out together.
