Event Terms, Conduct & Participation Agreement
By attending High Desert Summit, all participants agree to respect the land, the people, and the purpose of this event. This is a working environment designed for learning, connection, and responsible use of the property.
Payment Terms & No-Refund Policy
All payments are due at the time of registration, booking, sponsorship purchase, vendor reservation, or other event-related purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All sales are final. High Desert Summit and Skyview Events LLC maintain a no-refund policy for event registrations, attendee passes, vendor booth fees, sponsorship fees, and all other event-related charges.
Payments are non-refundable once submitted, including in cases of non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, weather, travel issues, vehicle issues, changes in personal or business circumstances, or removal from the event for violation of these terms.
In the event of a duplicate payment, processing error, or other exceptional billing issue, the customer may contact Skyview Events LLC with their name, transaction details, amount paid, and explanation of the issue. Any billing correction or exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, issued back to the original payment method.
Respect for Land & Environment
- No cutting, damaging, or removing trees, brush, or natural vegetation
- Stay on designated roads and trail areas when operating vehicles
- Pack out all trash and dispose of waste properly
- Do not leave equipment, materials, or debris on the property
- Any damage to land, property, or infrastructure may result in financial responsibility
Conduct & Behavior
- This event is a professional environment focused on business and learning
- No political or religious campaigning, arguments, or disruptive discussions
- Respect all attendees, staff, and property at all times
- Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event
Vehicle Use & Trail Responsibility
- Operate vehicles responsibly and within your skill level
- You are responsible for your vehicle, passengers, and actions at all times
- Be aware of terrain conditions, weather, and changing environments
- Off-road activity carries inherent risks and should be approached accordingly
Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that this is an outdoor event involving natural terrain, vehicles, equipment, and environmental conditions that may present risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or unforeseen hazards.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those arising from terrain, weather, equipment, and activities on-site.
Release of Liability
Participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless High Desert Summit, its organizers, landowners, staff, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety, your equipment, and your decisions while on the property. You accept the property in its natural condition and understand that conditions may change at any time.
Acts of Nature & Uncontrollable Events
High Desert Summit is not responsible for incidents resulting from natural conditions, weather, terrain, wildlife, or other uncontrollable factors. Nature is unpredictable, and participants accept these risks as part of the experience.
Enforcement & Removal
High Desert Summit reserves the right to remove any individual or brand from the event for failure to follow these terms, without refund.
